Last year a couple of clothing wholesalers I deal with had warned of rising fabric prices.
Now it's official: Cotton is at an all-time high.
It has doubled in price per pound since last year....not since the Civil War has it cost that much!
Looking like it might be the end of the Cheap Tee era.
